3D Medical Imaging Systems sues Visage Imaging for Patent Infringement

November 10, 2014 – 3D Medical Imaging Systems, LLC sued Visage Imaging, Inc. and Pro Medicus Ltd. (Defendants) for patent infringement on Friday, November 7. In its Complaint, 3D Medical Imaging Systems alleges that Defendants’ Amira 3D visualization and analysis software infringes U.S. Patent No. 6,175,655, entitled “Medical Imaging System for Displaying, Manipulating and Analyzing Three-Dimensional Images.” The case is pending in the Northern District of Georgia, Gainesville Division, and is captioned 3D Medical Imaging Systems, LLC v. Visage Imaging, Inc. et al, GAND-2-99-cv-ga153.
