Denneroll files patent infringement complaint against ChiroDesign Group over cervical orthotic devices

March 23, 2015 – Denneroll Holdings Pty Limited and Denneroll Industries International Pty Limited filed a complaint for patent infringement against ChiroDesign Group, LLC on March 20, 2015 in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas (Houston Division).  The lawsuit relates to ChiroDesign allegedly copying Denneroll’s Cervical Denneroll device products and marketing them as “LifeCurve Rolls,” which are cervical orthotic devices for relieving pain and muscle tension associated with the abnormal curvature of a person’s neck (abnormal Cervical Lordosis).  The patent at issue is Denneroll’s U.S. Patent No. 8,713,732, entitled: “Orthotic Device.”  The complaint has been given Civil Action No. 4:15-cv-00740, with United States District Court Judge Keith P. Ellison presiding.
