The asserted patents U.S. 5,735,892 and 5,700,285 assigned to Plaintiff W.L. Gore relate to thin-wall intraluminal graft devices. The case is captioned W.L. Gore & Associates, Inc. et. al. v. C.R. Bard, Inc., 11-cv-00515 and is pending in the District of Delaware.
