Judgment Entered in AngioScore, Inc. v. TriReme Medical, Inc., et al., 12-CV-03393 (N.D. Cal.)

October 19, 2015 – On September 29, 2015, a jury entered a verdict of non-infringement in favor of Defendants Eitan Konstantino, TriRmeme Medical, LLC, Quattro Vascular Pte, Ltd. and QT Vascular Ltd. Based on its own Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, the District Court for the Northern District of California also entered a monetary judgment against certain Defendants totaling $20,367,277 for breach of fiduciary duties, aiding and abetting a breach of fiduciary duty and for unfair competition. The patents-at-issue were U.S. Patent Nos. 7,691,119 and 7,931,663, titled “Balloon Catheter with Non-Deployable Stent.”
