AgaMatrix, Inc. Files Complaint For Patent Infringement Against Dexcom, Inc.

March 29, 2016—Plaintiff AgaMatrix, Inc. filed a complaint for patent infringement against Defendant Dexcom, Inc.  The patents-at-issue are U.S. Patent Nos. 2,146,202; 8,187,433; and 7,529,574; which are directed to a flexible sensing element designed to be inserted under a patient’s skin “to measure analyte concentrations (such as blood glucose levels) based on an electric current produced by the sensor.”  The case was filed in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, and is Case No. 3:16-cv-536.
