International Biomedical Opposes Motion to Disqualify Attorneys

November 10, 2016 – International Biomedical Ltd. (“IBL”) filed a brief in opposition to General Electric Co.’s motion to disqualify Barnes & Thornburg LLP from representing IBL in an infringement litigation related to patents covering neonatal incubator devices.

The case is captioned International Biomedical Ltd. v. General Electric Co. and Datex-Ohmeda, Inc. in the Western District of Texas, 14-cv-00397-LY-ML.
