On April 6, 2017, My Nemesis, LLC (“Plaintiff”) filed a first complaint against EDAN USA, Inc. (“EDAN”) and a second complaint against Parsys Telemedicine (“Parsys”). In each of the complaints, the Plaintiff is asserting infringement of U.S. Patent No. 9,107,597 (“the ‘597 Patent”). The ‘597 Patent is assigned to the Plaintiff and is drawn to an apparatus and method for obtaining an electrocardiogram of a subject. The Plaintiff is asserting that both EDAN and Parsys are infringing the ‘597 Patent by manufacturing, making, using, practicing, providing, supplying, distributing, offering for sale, and/or selling products and/or systems that embody the patented invention, including the Patient Monitor iM80 of EDAN and the ECG300G or CARDIALYS of Parsys. The cases remain pending and are captioned 3-17-cv-01926 and 3-17-cv-01927, respectively.
