On February 7, 2019, Endonovo Therapeutics, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) filed a complaint against KVP International, Inc., Caerus Corp., and Orthocor Medical, Inc. (“Defendants”) for infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 7,740,574 (“the ‘574 Patent”), 7,758,490 (“the ‘490 Patent”), 8,961,385 (“the ‘385 Patent”), and 9,656,096 (“the ‘096 Patent”). The Patents are owned by the Plaintiff and are drawn to electromagnetically based medical therapies.
The Plaintiff is asserting that the Defendants are infringing the Patents by making, manufacturing, using, importing, selling, marketing, and/or offering for sale various products and components including the KVP Cura product line, the OrthoCor Active System, EMbrace Relief System, EMpower Device, and the EMbrace L’il Back System.
The case remains pending and is captioned 2:19-cv-00926 (C.D. Cal.).
